Session 6: Leading Change for Digital Transformation

People are the most critical and challenging aspect of digital transformation. Adopting new technologies requires changes in processes and culture, which can be confusing and frustrating for patients and providers. Leading and managing this change is critical to success. In this session, we will discuss both research, experiences, and tools for leading and managing change for digital transformation from the providers', patients' and leaders' perspectives.
