| Through an IDB loan, a digital skills curricula was created as part of the job-readiness program for the Global Services Sector in Jamaica. This curricula entails i) Digital Skills, ii) Soft Skills, and ii) higher cognitive skills modules. |
Components
| The Digital Curriculum will give candidates the digital literacy and the ability to find, evaluate, utilize, share, and create content using information technologies and the Internet. Specific learning outcomes of the modules proposed will include but not be limited to: Fundamentals of Digital Technology, MS 365, Data Analytics, UX Design, Master data management. |
