Article 8 - The regulations governing health records shall establish which data will be included in the Electronic Health Record, although the health facilities of the National Health System may include additional data they require in their information systems, as long as this does not violate the regulations in force.
Article 38 - Personal health record: a legal medical document containing a detailed and orderly record of all data related to a patient or user, including information on the individual and their relatives, history, current status, and changing condition, as well as the procedures and treatments they have undergone.
