This report reviews the progress made during the past three years of the implementation of the IDB’s Operational Policy on Gender Equality in Development (OP-761, the Gender Policy) and its corresponding Gender Action Plan for Operations, 2014-2016 (GAP). Specifically, it presents: (i) achievements associated with the GAP objectives and targets, compared to the GAP 2011-2013 period; (ii) key factors contributing to or inhibiting progress; and (iii) recommendations for moving forward during the period of the next GAP 2017-2019.
