The IDB, the Pan American Health Organization and the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean officially launched the Pan American Digital Health Roadmap (PH4H), an initiative aimed at ensuring connected health for all people and continuity of care across the region. During the launch, the third regional Connectathon was held, aimed at creating the technical foundation for PH4H and demonstrating countries' cross-border readiness to exchange data, including digital vaccination certificates, cross-border continuity of care and technical readiness to join the World Health Organization's Global Digital Health Certification Network.
