The hiring rate dropped more than 70% at the beginning of the pandemic, and its recovery has been sluggish.

In the midst of these challenges, the schooling of children in Haiti has suffered from numerous delays and extended interruptions to the academic year.

Automated decision support systems (ADS) are machine-based systems that can make predictions, recommendations, or decisions influencing real or virtual environments for a given set of human-defined objectives. These systems are designed to operate with varying levels of autonomy. Over the last few years, ADS have grown exponentially in number and application areas. Currently, we interact with an increasing number of ADS, often without even noticing it.
The effects of ethnomathematics education on student outcomes: The JADENKÄ Program in the Ngäbe-Buglé Comarca, Panama
The aim of this article is to provide rigorous at scale experimental evidence on the effectiveness of an ethnomathematics education program. This article describes and evaluates the impact of JADENKA (pronounced Ha-den-go), an intercultural bilingual mathematics program designed to increase the mathematical and ethnomathematical skills of the Ngabe preschoolers, within the comarca Ngabe-Buglé in Panama. To our knowledge, this is the first study to evaluate the effectiveness of an ethnomathematics intervention in preschool education through an RCT.
Supporting female leadership in my workplace
Why should we support female leadership? The answer is quite simple: because more women in leadership positions strengthen and increase the growth of companies and organizations. Evidence indicates that more women in the workplace, including directive boards, benefit group dynamics and give more diversity to decision-making processes. The outcome are more productive companies and organizations, with better risk management, more innovation and ability to retain talent.
