The ABC of Social Services Interoperability: Conceptual and Methodological Framework

How can a government ensure that pensions are not paid to deceased people or prevent fraudulent use of citizen identity for subsidy allocation? Having an ecosystem of social data where the data and platforms between different social institutions are interoperable allows for these types of analysis and much more! This document offers a conceptual and methodological framework to reach interoperability within the social sector, as well as a guide on how to use the implementation tools.
