Our Community of Practice for Change Management in Digital Health is a collaborative space where people working on digital health transformation processes in the Latin American and Caribbean region meet. With a common concern to improve our knowledge and skills in managing the "human side" of change, the community of practice offers us the opportunity to dialogue and learn with our peers in other organizations and countries.

To do so, we have at our disposal operational documentary resources, reference or inspirational tools, and a space for interaction.
