SINIRUBE: the enabler of precision social policy in Costa Rica

This document describes the development of the National System of Information and Single Registry of State Beneficiaries (SINIRUBE), focusing on key decisions, challenges and lessons learned. For its preparation, people who participated in the process were interviewed and a documentary review of legislation and SINIRUBE accountability reports, among other studies, was carried out.
